NEW LEADERSHIP PUTTING PARENTAL RIGHTS AHEAD OF POLITICS
I'm Doug Russo, your candidate for St. Johns County School Board, District 3.
I am running to ensure that your voice as a parent is heard and that your parental rights are respected. I believe parents understand the needs of their children better than politicians.

My goal is not to do the bidding of teacher's unions, but to work for you. When the local level government has an agenda and there is no representation for parents on the school board, families become frustrated and the students end up caught in the middle.
I grew up in St, Augustine and graduated from St. Augustine High School in 1972. I am a Constitutional conservative. I have a BA in Theology and an MA in Psychology from Liberty University. I was a missionary and church planter for the Sioux Nation in South Dakota.
I love spending time with my family, ministering and surfing. I have been married to my beautiful wife for 46 years. We have been blessed with eleven children and 46 grandchildren.
